A mother cat gave birth to her kittens right on the streets. During the summer, no one paid attention to the cat family, but people noticed that the mom wasn't going to the nearest basement, and the little ones were just lying on the ground in a pile... People organized a box, provided food, and started spreading the word on social media. This is how the shelter took in the mother with her four little ones.

The mama cat turned out to be quite brave. She fiercely protected her babies: Lady and her sister Kaya, Gerda, and Bella, not letting the volunteers even examine the kittens. Under her watchful eye, the girls grew up to be active and healthy kittens.
