Joyce was freezing out on the streets during cold winter while desperately seeking for warmth and salvation. A fateful encounter with the shelter staff occurred in a parking lot where Joyce literally had thrown herself under their car, and they couldn't leave her there on the streets.

From the very first day at the shelter it became quite obvious that Joyce is a true affectionate lady. She is longed so much for the warmth and care she hadn`t been able to find on the streets, and she shows her gratitude with lots of purring and affection.

Joyce also demonstrates tolerance and friendliness towards other cats, and she can be trained easily. She's trained to use a cat litter box and a scratching post. This lovely cat would be perfect for a family with the responsible adults, and possibly with the older children. She'll confidently become the center of attention in your home and likely the best friend of the other furry family members.
