The little cat was very scared. She was afraid to go into the basement, even though the door was open. Apparently due to the stress she had experienced, she sat on the asphalt, shivering and curled up in a little ball.

A loving purrer

When Norochka arrived at the animal shelter, it was as if she had been transformed. The fearful, shy cat turned into the shelter’s darling. "The most affectionate cat in the world," say the staff about her. She gets along with all her tail-wagging striped friends. She loves to play, but more than anything, Norochka enjoys sitting in laps. As soon as someone sits down, this little girl is right there. A little affection is all it takes for you to listen to her gentle purring for as long as you like. The cat is litter trained and accustomed to a scratching post. She would fit well in any family with children and can be around other animals as well.
