It remains unknown how Uragan ended up in a troubled apartment. His owner had many cats but hardly cared for them. The kitties lived in hunger, suffered from illnesses, and multiplied uncontrolled. It’s unclear what would have happened to Uragan if it weren't for the volunteers. This is how the little cat found his way to the animal shelter.

Calm kitty

Uragan radiates calmness and serenity. This cat never rushes; everything he does is measured. He can play with his fellow residents or sit comfortably in someone’s lap. He enjoys eating and lounging in his cage, observing the happenings around him. He has mastered the litter box and scratching post. Uragan would fit well in any family with children over 10 years old, ideally as the only animal.
