Ostap was wandering the streets of Kirov, dying of hunger. In a weakened state, this boy was rescued by volunteers. He was taken to the animal shelter "Wet Nose."

As soon as Ostap recovered, he started to show his best side! He is a kind, friendly dog. He loves to have a good time during walks and is looking for a caring and attentive owner to play with. Ostap is an intelligent and obedient boy who already knows commands, is not afraid of children or other animals, and waits until his walks to do his business. He would make a wonderful companion for a friendly and active family.
