Anfisa, along with other street cats, was scheduled for a routine sterilization, but Anfisa turned out to be well into her pregnancy. Performing the sterilization would have been dangerous, so it was decided to wait for the kittens to be born. Charming little kittens arrived, and Anfisa, along with her babies, was placed in a temporary foster home. Once the kittens grew up, they were successfully rehomed. Anfisa was sterilized, and the question arose: what to do next? Letting her back out onto the streets posed a significant risk, as Anfisa had become unaccustomed to street life over the past few months. Thus, Anfisa found herself in a rescue center for homeless animals.
Shy girl
Anfisa is slowly adapting to her new living conditions. She is still learning to trust people. She is cautious around the other residents of the rescue center. Anfisa has mastered the litter box and the scratching post with flying colors. She is looking for a family through an adoption agreement, with follow-up on her future. Ideally, she would thrive in a home with children over 10 years old. Only in a permanent, non-rental residence.
