The deputy director of a college in Saint Petersburg ordered to bury Neytiri and her three little ones alive in the basement of the educational institution. Teachers started looking for help among concerned individuals. One of those individuals was Oksana, a volunteer from the "Garage" animal shelter: she rescued the family from the basement, and the college staff raised funds for exams, food, and sterilization for the mother.
