Masha was a homeless cat who was found in the basement of a building and later brought to a shelter. There she had a fateful encounter with a male cat named Anton. Anton had also been through a difficult time, ending up at the shelter after the death of his elderly owner.

Anton and Masha began to care for each other. Over the years, they moved with the shelter, lived separately in different homes, and now they are together again. The shelter staff is looking for a home for both of them. Masha is affectionate and attentive. Masha and Anton are sharing a single bed. Because of their close bond, they are only available for adoption together, preferably in a home without other pets. However, they will probably do well with children.
