Lucky is the founder of the shelter. It was impossible to leave him on the street, but there was nowhere to take him. The shelters were full and he needed quarantine and treatment. That's how a little puppy started a shelter that has saved many dogs and cats.
He's very friendly and outgoing. He gets along with both dogs and cats and feels like a hospitable host. Loves to play with children. Inspires optimism in everyone around him. Loves to walk on a leash, but is a little afraid of the city and prefers parks or woods.
