The cat Laska was young and homeless. This combination quickly led her to become a mother. And she was a very caring and responsible one, despite her age. One day, sensing a storm approaching, she moved her little ones to the entrance of a residential building and hid them under the stairs. Naturally, they were immediately discovered. Someone set down a box, and someone else brought some milk... Others huffed and grumbled something about the smell and the mess. The animals could not stay in those conditions for long. Either some unkind individuals would have thrown them out onto the street, or an infection would have struck the little ones. The cat family was assigned to “Marusya and the Tails.”

Her kittens have long since grown up and found owners, while Laska remains in the shelter. How has such a beautiful panther not yet attracted the attention of new owners?
