Kokos

Kokosik's life began in a dark place. The staff at the animal shelter saw a post about kittens in terrible condition and dreadful circumstances. It detailed how the abandoned, sick little ones were being fed adult food while their helpless mother spun around them. It was heartbreaking to witness, and time was running out before the little ones would perish. The caretakers rushed to save the kittens, but one did not survive; he couldn’t endure the nightmare surrounding him. The rest were placed in a carrier and sent to the clinic. There, they underwent a long treatment, as the kittens’ eyes were completely glued shut with pus. Kokos was the largest of the kittens and had already begun to show his character by fiercely protecting the others with his sweet hissing. After the treatment, the kittens had a hard time adjusting to humans. Kokos was the most timid and hissy little one, but as he grew older, he realized that some humans could be kind.

Onward to new horizons!

Now, you wouldn't recognize the shy Kokos. He still approaches strangers with some caution, but he has become a big purring cuddle bug. Kokosik, with his amusingly asymmetrical coloring on his face, instantly brings a smile. The shelter staff say that the kitty is a little "quirky." This means that Kokos is an active explorer; he loves to investigate everything new, having no barriers—he opens any cupboard and easily punctures a bag of food. This earned him the nickname "Hole Punch!" Kokosik's greatest passion is toy mice. In truth, he is a playful, affectionate boy with a child's spirit. He loves attention and enjoys napping right in your arms. Kokos is a true companion, sitting next to you during lunch, curling up beside you when you feel down, and warming you with his presence. This charming chatterbox isn't shy about engaging in heart-to-heart conversations; he amusingly alters his tone during dialogues, loudly sharing important news, and is always there to listen if needed. He is very tidy and knows the litter box and scratching post perfectly. Kokos will be the soul of any home. He will feel comfortable with children and possibly other animals. The only caveat is to introduce him to other pets with care, as Kokos is a carrier of the coronavirus. We believe that Kokosik is already on the path to happiness, as long as we truly wish for it.
