The Customer has the right to cancel the ordered Service at any time before its execution. To do this, it is necessary to write to hi@teddyfood.ru. You will need to provide the Email on which the account is registered, the service for which a refund is requested, and the reason for the cancellation.

If the Customer believes that the service was performed inadequately, they have the right to contact TEDDY FOOD via email at hi@teddyfood.ru. The email must include the Email on which the account is registered, the service for which a refund is requested, and the reason for the cancellation. The request will be reviewed within 2 working days.

Refunds are not issued if the Service was performed with proper quality, specifically if there is a written report from the shelter or a video report.

Refunds are issued to the personal account on TEDDY FOOD, to the Customer's credit card, via electronic money, or to a phone account, minus the payment system commission.
