Waves has traveled a long distance to arrive at the “Our Home” animal shelter. Along with other animals, she was brought here on a special flight from Simferopol. There was an urgent need to make space in shelters for animals rescued from the flood zone of the Kakhovka Hydroelectric Power Station, and Waves was among the first to relocate thousands of kilometers away from her home. But she remains hopeful and believes that here she will surely meet her family and find a true home.
