The kitty arrived at the animal shelter in a serious condition. People called to report that a cat with a head injury had been found on the street. When Vegas was brought to the clinic, the chances of survival were slim. In addition to the severe injury, there were signs of feline coronavirus. However, this tough little guy proved to be resilient, fighting for his life and ultimately winning.

A loving little kitty

Now, Vegas's life and health are no longer in danger. He has a slight limp and some partial disorientation as a result of his past injury. Sometimes he may walk in one direction, stop, and then go the other way. But this has not affected his character at all. Vegas adores people. Like a little dog, he runs to greet you, asking for attention. He can sit in your lap for a long time, snuggling and purring sweet melodies. This kitty is not noisy; rather, he is calm. When there are no people around, he plays by himself. However, overall, Vegas prefers to spend time with a human. He uses the litter box and scratching post skillfully. He is looking for a family, ideally without children or too much activity. He has been diagnosed with coronavirus and will need treatment.
