It happens sometimes: people just decide they no longer want a dog. They just slam the door in front of a wet, trusting nose. This is exactly what happened to Tasiya. The neighbors didn’t know she had been abandoned, so they tied her to a post to make sure she wouldn’t get lost. That’s how volunteers found her.
