Stepan got used to the free village life, roaming around yards and finding food from kind people. But one day, a car crossed his path, turning his life upside down. As a result of the accident, Stepan was diagnosed with a broken pelvis, and it was later discovered that he no longer feels his bladder.

Life by New Rules

Now, Stepan receives bladder massages twice a day, and his health is closely monitored. He is now a paraplegic, but that doesn’t make him any less affectionate or sociable. Stepan is still the same good-natured cat who loves being petted (when he allows it, of course) and is intrigued by everything happening around him. The perfect family for Stepan would be those who are ready to take on the responsibility of his health. He needs bladder expression twice daily, regular vet check-ups, and of course, plenty of love.

How to Help?

If you have experience caring for animals with special needs or are willing to learn, Stepan will become your loyal friend. And if you simply want to support him, you can treat him to a delightful Kitty Day and tell your friends about this wonderful cat.
