Ritsu has been known at the animal shelter for a long time; her owner fed her, had her sterilized, and treated her for ticks. Life on the street was calm until one day everything changed. Ritsu was found with a severe injury. What exactly happened is unknown, but help arrived quickly. Thanks to timely treatment, everything healed, and the girl was taken to the shelter.

A Home Among Cats

Ritsu has been living at the shelter for more than one season — at first, she was given a spot in a warm trailer with other cats (there was no other option), and then she herself refused to move to a larger enclosure — so she continues to live there. During this time, she has truly become a domestic animal: she walks wonderfully on a leash, is very affectionate, and is loyal to other animals. During walks, she loves to "share" how she is doing and to "complain" a little to people.
Recently, Ritsu underwent a serious operation — a tumor was found, and it had to be removed along with her spleen. Her condition is now stable, and she has returned to the shelter.
