A gentle little cat was abandoned in the hallway with her kittens.

The beautiful Harper is a bit of a scaredy-cat, but she occasionally allows herself to be petted. She was born and raised in a basement, and has been living in the shelter for quite some time. This lovely girl really needs a forever home where she can fully blossom.
