For a long time, Pushinka lived in one of the courtyards in St. Petersburg. Perhaps she was once a domestic cat, but for some reason, she lost her home. She is familiar with hunger and cold, as well as various jabs from all sides. During this time, Pushinka stopped trusting people and learned to defend herself, as survival was essential. One day, a kind woman noticed her and took her under her wing. Pushinka was placed in temporary care at one shelter, then another, and finally, she ended up in the caring hands of “Marusya and Tails.”

The Future Queen of Hearts

Pushinka is a spirited girl with a strong personality. She doesn't easily accept being held, but she no longer swipes her paws away when someone tries to pet her. For now, gentle strokes along her fluffy back are all that's possible. This is a significant breakthrough for a once distrustful lady. Apparently, her time spent moving from one temporary care to another and being in a cage for more than half a year has impacted her: the girl has learned to be wary of humans. Being very fluffy, she probably can't stand it when her lovely coat gets dirty. Pushinka is an unreal beauty and will be a true adornment in any home. Not all cats are meant to be cuddled; some are to be admired and cherished. Pushinka seems to belong to that royal category. However, over time, we believe she will warm up, trust people more, and become a real companion at home. We sincerely hope that this purring queen will soon embark on a journey to her new home, where she will be given the time to adapt. It would be wonderful if her new family does not have small children, as Pushinka is a bit fearful of them.
