Pranya, along with his brothers and sisters, was rescued from a recreation area frequently visited by fishermen. The little ones survived as best as they could, but were weak and sickly. When a volunteer picked up Pranya, the boy was lying on the ground listlessly, ill, hungry, and exhausted. His eyes were so swollen that they were barely visible.

Pranya needed a long treatment and even required feeding with a syringe. But despite all the difficulties, the boy grew into a playful and sociable cat, ready to bring warmth and love to those around him.
