Before arriving at the animal shelter, Petrovna’s life was like that of most street cats. She had to find food, seek shelter from the weather, and manage to survive after street cat fights. Petrovna was taken to the shelter by volunteers during a planned capture of stray animals for sterilization, along with a whole group of street cats and kittens.

Unlike other street rebels, Petrovna is a calm and gentle girl. Looking at her, you wouldn’t guess that she had experienced the harsh realities of street life. She enjoys staying unnoticed, watching her furry counterparts from a distance. She prefers solitude over noisy and active games. She has mastered using the litter box and scratching post. She would fit well in any family, preferably with children over the age of 10.
