Pelmeshek was running free when he got under a car. A spinal fracture is a serious injury, and the cat's owners were not prepared for it. That's how he ended up at the shelter.

Pelmeshek is a spine injured cat. However, he is able to walk on all fours. He is cute, social, loves to bask in the sun and loves to be petted. When playing, he may get a little carried away and give a nibble. It's not out of malice, as Pelmeshek is a good-natured kitty.
