Nebia was found in the stairwell — she sat in one place, scared and confused. Her owners were never found, and it’s possible that she was intentionally left behind. Now, this sweet girl is at the animal shelter and is going through her adjustment period. She doesn’t show aggression, but is still cautious, preferring to sit quietly in her cage and observe.

Quiet and shy

Nebia doesn’t approach right away, but she clearly reaches out for human connection — waiting for gentle pets, calls, and care. This is a cat who needs a little time and a calm atmosphere to feel safe. She could fit well into a family with children and other animals — she is delicate and non-confrontational.
