Little Mati has gone through quite a lot but remains a loving and cheerful cat. She was once a house cat, but due to frequent health issues and constant visits to the veterinary clinic, her owners ultimately decided to give her up... That’s how Mati ended up at the animal shelter.
The great misfortune of a small cat
The thing is, the clinic doctors had been urging her owners for a long time to get Mati sterilized, suspecting that her skin problems could be of a hormonal nature. After the sterilization, her wounds began to heal, but unfortunately, her owners didn't have enough time to provide the proper care for Mati. They simply wrapped her neck in a fabric bandage.
However, this decision turned into a disaster: in her attempts to remove the bandage, the cat injured her eye. While treating her eye, the owners decided they were tired of handling her medical care and left Mati at the clinic. Fortunately, she was later transferred to the shelter's care.
Affectionate and sociable
Despite all her struggles, Mati is a very affectionate and active cat. She gets along well with other cats and loves to sit in laps. Now, she needs a new home where she can receive the love and attention that she has been missing.
