The cat lived on a heating main, and kind people fed her. One day, Masyanya disappeared for a whole week. When she finally returned, she had a broken leg and torn skin, lying still for several days. Volunteers found Masyanya in a terrible condition and brought her to the animal shelter. The broken leg was stabilized, but the bones did not heal well, and the leg was not recovering. Another surgery was performed, and a pin was placed in her leg. Now Masyanya’s life and health are not in danger.

Gentle and affectionate

After going through these trials, Masyanya has a slight limp. However, this has not affected her lovely personality. Masyanya adores affection but does not appreciate sudden movements. She purrs gratefully as soon as someone gently scratches her behind the ear. She has learned to use the litter box and scratching post. She would fit into any family, preferably one with children over 10 years old.
