In that typical St. Petersburg basement, cats don’t live long and happy lives. Katara was lucky; this little long-legged slim girl was caught just in time and was placed in a mini animal shelter with great effort. At first, she spent her days sleeping and gaining weight, but soon she began to get used to a different life – one that is safe, full, and even joyful.

Loves to play and purr

Katara loves to play with the laser pointer, mice, and balls, anything that comes under her paw. She is also kind, curious, and gentle. She doesn’t impose herself, but if she feels that a person is open – she rewards them with purrs and happily accepts affection. Katara gets along well with other animals: she plays, sleeps nearby, and knows how to gently avoid conflicts. She will be a reliable friend and a beloved companion even in a family with children.
