Little Iriska ended up at the animal shelter by chance. Volunteers were trapping a cat for sterilization with plans to return her to her usual habitat. It turned out that the cat had two kittens. They lived in a dirty basement filled with huge cockroaches. One baby was taken in by the residents of the building, while the other, Iriska, was sent to St. Petersburg. The girl was still just a tiny baby—about one and a half months old. Unfortunately, no one wanted to give the little one a home, and her entire childhood is passing by in the shelter. She dreams so much of becoming a beloved companion and surrounding her new family with love and affection.
Bringer of Joy
Iriska is simply a sweetheart, kind and gentle. Her “tasty” coloring adds a touch of cuteness to her image, making you just want to cuddle her. In fact, Iriska is a super friendly little cat. She loves people, but there isn’t a lot of interaction at the shelter, and she has started to be a bit cautious. This petite kitty is very people-oriented and dreams of quickly heading off to a new home, where she can always be the center of attention. Being so young, she’ll adapt easily. Plus, she already knows how to use the litter box and scratch post, and she’s playfully obedient. Iriska would surely enjoy living in a large family, preferably in her own apartment, ideally with kids aged 10 and up.
