Grosi – a sweet cat with a pink nose

Grosi came to the animal shelter from the streets. At first, her bright ginger coloring led people to assume she was a boy. However, after a thorough examination, it was discovered that she is a girl, and she had kittens at an early stage of pregnancy. The little one, weak and emaciated, couldn't carry her babies to term. Fortunately, the volunteers quickly took her to a clinic for surgery. Gradually, the cat started to recover, but another issue arose. Tests showed that she has feline leukemia.

Shy and quiet girl

Currently, Grosi lives in an enclosure with other cats who have the same diagnosis. She is not very social and took a long time to adjust to the large number of furry friends. She tends to keep to herself. Grosi loves to play or spend time grooming herself. She is a real neat freak – her fur is always well-groomed, and her pink nose is adorable. She also enjoys being around people, whether it’s just to lie next to them or feel a warm hand on her fur.

What will her fate be?

Despite her diagnosis, we are looking for a home for Grosi. The virus poses no threat to humans or animals outside the feline family. The little one can be adopted into a home without other cats. This ginger beauty is sure to bring happiness to her future owners, as she will become a bright, warm sunshine in their home. While Grosi is still at the animal shelter "Domik," you can help by donating food, toys, or care supplies.
