Grossi was thought to be a male due to her bright red coloring. However, after full examination vets concluded that she was a girl and, indeed, pregnant. Unfortunately a weak, exhausted cat couldn't carry offsprings and had to undergo surgery. During the examination, she was diagnosed with feline leukemia virus.
Now she lives in the shelter with other cats also affected by this virus, and although she is modest and quiet, Grossi is a true neat freak with well-groomed fur and a pink nose who appreciates the presence of a person. Simply lying on your lap or being petted by a warm hand would be enough."
