Gravitsapa is a mixed breed Scottish cat. She seemingly was born in a basement and hasn't quite gotten used to people. She would only come out to a communal feeding spot when necessary, until a kind volunteer noticed her. The girl was taken to the animal shelter, but they are still working on instilling in her a love for humans. It must have been very difficult for her on the streets, leaving her with little reason to trust or love people, but plenty of reasons to be cautious and keep her distance. It is in our power to change her perspective and help this kitty find a home and a family.
A little recluse with a rare name
The clever Gravitsapa can only be lured by food. Even then, she prefers to eat far away from humans. In her opinion, it's safer to spend time among her kind. Gravitsapa is wary of people, as if she is expecting some kind of trick. She won't climb into your arms and is unlikely to initiate contact. However, there are all the signs that with kindness and patience, Gravitsapa can change her view on humans. This non-aggressive girl could indeed learn to trust you and become a loving companion. She will need time to adapt, but once she feels needed and important, her heart will slowly warm up and open to love. She is well-behaved, litter trained, and accustomed to a scratching post. It would be great for her to find a caring, loving family without small children. She will get along quite well with other cats.
