Gloria and her feline friends were rescued from a terrible prison thanks to the kindness of compassionate people. Their lives were truly at risk, and every second counted. The people succeeded in saving them, proving that not everything in the world is bad or indifferent. This might have been what Gloria thought when she and nine exhausted, hungry, and dirty little cats were brought to the animal shelter. They were freed from a dreadful cage where they had huddled together, losing hope for salvation each passing day. Then began a long period of recovery, during which she learned to accept food again, groom her fur, and rejoice in each new day. There were medications and procedures, along with attention and care. And Gloria survived; she is learning to be a real cat again, to not fear the world around her, and to dream of a home and a happy family.

A kind friend and open soul

The beautiful and serious Gloria, resembling a small lynx, is the most cautious girl in the cat group. Her life experience tells her that trusting people can be risky. It’s surprising, then, that she still comes for cuddles and can sit for a long time, wrapping her paws around your neck. This lovely green-eyed girl seems to sense where goodness lies and where there is danger, so she continues to be cautious. But she longs to be loved and is ready to share all her undiminished affection and tenderness. It’s essential to find mutual understanding and give Gloria time to get used to her new surroundings, to help her realize that she is safe and will be loved and cared for. Gloria desperately wishes to become a cherished family member and is ready to move into a new home. She truly loves harmony in everything and would appreciate a calm and peaceful family environment without much frightening noise. Ideally, her new family would not have small children or unfriendly pets.
