Mommy gave birth to kittens right on the street. While it was summer, nobody paid attention to the cat family, but people noticed that the mom didn’t go into the nearest basement, and the little ones were simply lying on the ground in a pile... People organized a box, food, and started spreading the word on social media. Thus, the shelter took in the mommy with her four bundles of joy.

The mom cat turned out to be quite brave. She fiercely protected her little ones: Gerda and her sister Kaya, Lady and Bella, not allowing the volunteers to even check the kittens. Under her caring watch, the girls grew up to be lively and healthy kittens.
