Frankie arrived at the animal shelter from Uralsk. She has a heavy past behind her: her "owners" wrapped metal wire around all four of her legs to prevent her from escaping the yard. Unfortunately, it’s unknown how long she endured this. Volunteers found Frankie too late, and those who harmed her surrendered the dog to the catch service for euthanasia. But her story didn’t end there — only the saddest part has come to a close.

Kind and Responsive

Despite everything she has been through, Frankie turned out to be an incredibly affectionate and loving dog. She reaches out to people, seeks interaction, and responds to care with gratitude. Now, she needs a home where her past will simply remain in the past.
