Cheddar was found in the yard, and he was very different from the street cats — he was too trusting, frightened, and seemed sad. At the animal shelter, he was given a chance, but after six months, the little cat was diagnosed with a serious illness — FIP. The treatment was lengthy: 84 injections, food refusals, and constant heating pads. But Cheddar pulled through and is ready to move on.
