Busina, along with her sisters Polly and Teya, was found in a basement. The little ones lived there with their mother, who was even being fed, but it was time for them to get out. When the kittens were caught and taken for examination, it turned out that the girls were not so little after all. They were quite thin and appeared to be much younger. The kittens were sent to a temporary home to regain their strength. However, things took a turn — the little ones contracted panleukopenia and embarked on a long road to recovery. Busia patiently endured all the hardships and dreamed of getting better soon. After more than six months in the hospital, the heroic sisters moved to the animal shelter.
