Barni was born on a clear April day. His home became one of the basements in St. Petersburg. At least there, his mother and her kittens could hide from the terrifying dangers of the street. The little boy grew up, making friends with the locals, but there was no one closer to him than his sister Businka! They didn’t expect anything new from life, good news wasn’t on the horizon, and no miracles were planned. The maximum plan was to survive. Not all of the residents were happy with their furry neighbors in the courtyard. A couple of complaints to the housing office meant that Barni lost his roof over his head. The basement was closed, taking away the only shelter that the family had. But the volunteers already knew about them and planned to rescue them from the streets. With difficulty, but the timid boy was saved.

A Curious Cat with Character

Barni is a little cat whose nose is almost always scratched due to his boldness and curiosity. He is active, playful, and sociable. Barni chases after other cats, but he follows Semyon like a little tail. He also amusingly wrestles with his sister Businka sometimes and has late-night kitty games with Lapsik.

The Very Essence of Charm

Barni has a unique feature—his tail curls into a little ring. He also wears a charming little ear-flap hat and has an adorable happy spot on his nose. All of this makes him very sweet and attractive. This curious and playful cat has every chance of transforming from a homeless rescue into a wonderful companion, bringing joy to his friends with mischievous games and soothing purrs.
