Tuchka and her sister Nochka were rescued from the streets and placed in temporary foster care. Although better than being out in the open, their foster home was already full of cats, and human interaction was limited to once a day for feeding and litter changing. Consequently, the sisters lack socialization with humans. They are currently in a shelter, where they undergo a lengthy socialization process. Tuchka gets along well with other cats and is gradually adjusting to human interaction, which is benefiting Tuchka. Unfortunately, the shelter cannot provide her with all the warmth and care she needs. If taken into a home, she would likely transform into a gentle, affectionate pet.
