What is it like to be a small, defenseless kitten trying to survive on the streets? Kitty Rita knows this all too well. According to the volunteers at the animal shelter, she was born outside and has faced many challenges. She wandered around, hungry, and arrived at the shelter in poor condition. She developed dental problems, and some of her teeth had to be removed. Of course, all this has left its mark on her.
