About the animal
Petya is one of five puppies born to a stray mom. He has lived his whole life in an animal shelter. Since childhood, this boy has had to struggle with dysplasia, a bone disease that has affected the fate of each of his siblings in different ways. Petya was once lucky and was taken in by a family, but he was soon returned, possibly due to concerns about his health issues. Since then, Petya has lived in the shelter, not knowing what a permanent home and care feel like.
Petya needs love and support
Due to a lack of socialization with people in his early years, Petya has grown up to be a bit timid. He is not used to close contact with humans, but his kindness and gentleness shine through when he interacts with other dogs. As he has aged, dysplasia has become more pronounced, yet despite this, Petya still dreams of a home where he will be accepted just as he is.
