Little Masha was rescued by volunteers from the gardens when she was still a baby. The condition of the kitty was quite poor: her eyes were infected, and she was weak and rather wild. Masha has undergone treatment and is now in search of a family.
A Self-Sufficient Nature
This white kitty has a complex personality and doesn't quite believe that people can be trusted. It will take considerable effort to convince her otherwise. Masha is very timid; when she is scared, she might even unsheathe her claws. Of course, over time she has started to allow herself to be petted and even purrs, but she remains tense and is afraid to relax. In a calm environment without people, she feels free and plays with toys. She is getting used to the litter box and knows how to use a scratching post. Around other cats and dogs, she is absolutely calm. It would be better for her to join a family without children, with people who are willing to invest time in her upbringing and to manage her challenging character.
Extend a Helping Hand
Masha especially needs support; it's not easy for such a self-sufficient little one to find a family, but we believe that together we can make it possible. Share her story on social media and support her through promotion. This way, Masha will have a better chance of finding her person. Help the animal shelter cover the necessary expenses for this kitty and support Kitty Days, Kitty Week, and Kitty Month.
