Laki was a wild stray dog who was noticed crawling on his front paws along the road. Catching him was not easy – out of fear and pain, he would bite. An X-ray revealed a terrible diagnosis: a fractured spine. Now Laki is paraplegic, but his story didn’t end there; it just transitioned into a new chapter.
Adapting to a New Life
Laki didn’t just adapt – he learned to enjoy life all over again. He moves around in a special wheelchair, goes to the bathroom by himself (though he does have some accidents), and has retained everything that makes a dog a dog: curiosity, a desire to play, and boundless loyalty. He has become a gentle, affectionate dog who loves to be around people. Laki gets along well with other dogs and adores children.
