February's bad weather — rain one moment, snow the next. Little, scared, and wet Kapelka was sitting in a courtyard, surrounded by stray dogs. There was no time to lose! The little cat was in Volzhsky, but thanks to a quick response and coordinated efforts, Kapelka was delivered straight to the "Domik" animal shelter.

Her stunning deep blue eyes, which she constantly glances with, and her striped tail seem almost a mystery. This eccentric, active, and slightly timid girl is looking for her forever family, who will play active games with her and occasionally scratch her back.
