Once Buddy was living in the cottage territory wherefrom he was taken to the building material market which is obviously not a place for animals. The life on the street has reflected on the cat's health and he was diagnosed with FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus). This disease can't be transmitted to humans and is absolutely harmless to people. Today Buddy doesn't have any health problems, he is in his prime. Buddy is a people oriented cat, even in his little cage he always reaches out to visitors and volunteers of the shelter to show how much the attention is important to him.
