Amur is a very affectionate and intelligent dog. Along with his brother Cupid, he came to the shelter as a puppy. He never received enough human attention and wasn't used to being loved or treated with affection. Amur is a very modest and calm dog, the kind of dogs that don't jump for joy at every person they meet.
He can easily be trained to follow many commands. Such a friend will always be very attentive to a person’s mood, never being intrusive. He has an excellent sense of when a person needs interaction and when it’s better to just quietly lie at their feet.
